Ok...to me, a dog is anyone's best friend...not to mention the fact that they are just so cool to be around because they love you unconditionally. I mean, you leave for 5 minutes and they welcome you like you've been gone for days.
Don't you wish everyone could be like that?
Personally, I do prefer labs (though I knew a Chow/Sheltie mix that was a lot of fun too).
